Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Wallhausen, where the combination of red slate and limestone soils gives the wine both aromatic finesse and a strong mineral backbone. The fruit is harvested by hand with careful selection, then spontaneously fermented and aged for an extended period on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve purity, freshness, and the distinctive character of the vineyard.

This Riesling pairs beautifully with fine seafood, roast poultry, sushi, or dishes with rich sauces and a touch of sweetness, such as Asian-inspired cuisine. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and decanting is not essential, though a short period in the glass can help the wine open up and reveal its full aromatic range.
