Fresh, precise, and finely structured, it offers immediate drinking pleasure while still showing the tension and finesse that make great Riesling so compelling.

Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass, this wine opens with a clean, lifted aromatic profile of green apple, lime zest, white flowers, and a subtle mineral note. The nose feels vibrant and refined, with a cool, taut character that sets the tone for the wine’s crisp style. On the palate, it is razor-sharp and dry, with bright citrus fruit, linear acidity, and a slender, lightly saline finish. The overall impression is lively and energetic, with enough structure to suggest short- to medium-term aging, though it is especially appealing for its youthful freshness.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes are sourced from slopes with slate- and quartz-rich soils, contributing to the wine’s distinctive mineral edge and firm, precise profile. Harvested with a focus on preserving freshness and aromatics, the fruit is vinified in stainless steel at cool temperatures, with no malolactic fermentation, allowing the wine to retain its natural acidity, purity, and aromatic lift.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Riesling is an excellent match for fresh seafood, shellfish, sushi, light salads, asparagus, goat cheese, and dishes with subtle spice such as Thai or Vietnamese cuisine. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
