In the glass, this Chablis shows a poised, luminous character with a mature yet still vibrant profile. The nose opens with ripe citrus, yellow apple, and subtle nutty nuances, all wrapped around a clear chalky-mineral note that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it is rich and deeply layered without ever feeling heavy, balancing generous fruit with a firm line of acidity.
