Now approaching maturity, it balances refined texture with vibrant mineral tension, offering the kind of complexity and elegance that serious white Burgundy collectors seek.

Makuprofiili
The wine shows a luminous pale gold hue, reflecting its evolution while retaining freshness. On the nose, it unfolds with aromas of citrus oil, white flowers, and crushed chalk, layered with subtle nutty and saline nuances that speak to its mature stage. The palate is medium-bodied and tightly focused, with energetic acidity carrying notes of lemon zest, salted citrus, and a delicate nutty richness. The finish is long, precise, and distinctly mineral, leaving a chalky echo that underlines its terroir-driven character. It is already in a very attractive drinking window, but it has the structure to age gracefully for several more years.

Viininvalmistus
Produced from Chardonnay grown in the Premier Cru Forêt vineyard in Chablis, this site is known for its cool climate and chalk-rich Kimmeridgian soils, which give the wine its signature mineral backbone and saline edge. The grapes are typically harvested carefully by hand, and the vinification is guided by a restrained, traditional approach that preserves purity, texture, and site expression.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for oysters, langoustines, scallops, roast chicken with herbs, or simply grilled white fish served with a butter or citrus-based sauce. Serve it chilled, ideally around 10-12°C, and consider a short decant if the bottle is opened in its youth or has been resting for a long time in the cellar.
