Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Chablis shows a refined, luminous profile with excellent clarity and brightness. The nose opens with citrus peel, white flowers, and a subtle stony minerality, gradually revealing deeper notes of ripe orchard fruit and a faint saline edge. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and focused, with generous texture balanced by fresh acidity and a long, precise finish. The mineral character carries through beautifully, giving the wine structure and lift. While already drinking at a high level, it still has the potential to evolve gracefully over the coming years.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with oysters, lobster, scallops, grilled white fish, and other refined seafood dishes, as well as creamy poultry preparations and soft aged cheeses. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 10-12°C. Decanting is not strictly necessary, but a short aeration may help the wine open up and show more nuance.
