Makuprofiili
In the glass, this 2009 vintage shows the grace and harmony that come with time, with a bright yet mature golden hue. On the palate, it is concentrated and focused, with generous texture balanced by fine, refreshing acidity. Ruoka & tarjoilu

It also pairs beautifully with aged goat cheese and delicate shellfish. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not essential but can be beneficial if the bottle has been aged for a long time.
