Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a bright, pale golden hue that hints at its graceful evolution. On the palate, it is concentrated yet beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit framed by lively acidity and a precise, long mineral finish. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Premier Cru Chablis is an excellent match for oysters, shellfish, lobster, grilled sea bass, and dishes with creamy sauces or butter-based preparations. It also works beautifully with sushi, roast chicken, or aged goat cheese. Serve chilled, ideally around 10-12°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a brief aeration may help if opening at a younger stage of its development.
