Makuprofiili
In the glass, it presents a pale, luminous gold typical of a well-made Chablis, hinting at its youth and energy. The nose opens with citrus zest, yellow flowers, and a lifted mineral character, followed by delicate notes of praline and light toast from discreet oak use. On the palate, the wine is rounded and generous at first, then becomes focused and deeply layered, with fine acidity driving the wine toward a long, saline finish. Fruit, minerality, and oak are beautifully integrated, giving the wine both precision and complexity. It has excellent aging potential and should continue to gain depth and nuance over time.

This wine pairs wonderfully with fine seafood, especially oysters, scallops, lobster, and line-caught fish, as well as roast chicken, creamy risottos, or delicate dishes with beurre blanc. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to highlight its freshness and mineral drive. Decanting is not essential for younger bottles, but a brief aeration can help the wine open up and show more of its depth.
