Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine typically shows a pale, luminous gold with silvery reflections, reflecting its youthful energy and cool-climate purity. The nose is finely cut and expressive, opening with lime zest, green apple, crushed shell, and subtle smoky nuances, all wrapped in a distinctly chalky, mineral frame. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and highly precise, with crystalline acidity and a firm calcareous texture that carries the flavours across a long, focused finish. Beneath the tension there is real depth and quiet complexity, and while it is already compelling, it has the structure and balance to age beautifully for many years.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for oysters, shellfish, lobster, sashimi, ceviche, and delicate white fish, as well as creamy poultry dishes and fresh goat’s cheese. Serve it well chilled at around 10–12°C to preserve its tension and aromatic lift, and consider decanting only if the bottle is showing especially closed in its youth.
