In the glass, the wine shows a luminous pale gold hue, hinting at both its maturity and vitality. The nose is precise and layered, unfolding with citrus peel, ripe pear, white flowers and a pronounced crushed-stone mineral note, all carried by a quiet, measured intensity. The palate is textured and concentrated, yet always lifted by Raveneau’s hallmark acidity. There is a harmonious balance between generous fruit, a taut mineral spine and a long, slightly bitter citrus finish that adds definition and energy. Already beautifully expressive, it still has room to evolve further and should continue to develop gracefully through 2028.
