In the glass, the wine shows a pale gold hue with subtle maturity at the rim, hinting at its evolving character. On the palate, it is creamy yet firmly structured, with precise acidity shaping a focused core of fruit and minerality. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, white fish, sashimi, or dishes with a light butter or lemon sauce, where its acidity and saline finish can shine. It also works well with roast chicken, veal, or creamy mushroom dishes. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help if the bottle has aged and needs a little time to open.
