Produced by a family with six generations of viticulture in La Morra, it combines tradition, balance, and approachable finesse in a style that reflects the heart of Langhe winemaking.

In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color with garnet highlights, hinting at its Nebbiolo character and graceful evolution. The nose is intense and fruit-forward, with lively aromas of raspberry and blackberry layered over subtle spicy and floral nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with soft tannins, good freshness, and a balanced, fruit-driven profile. The 12 months in Slavonian oak help round out the wine without overpowering its varietal purity, while the 6 months in bottle add polish and integration. It should drink beautifully now, though it has the structure to develop further over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
This Langhe Nebbiolo comes from La Morra in the Piedmont region, an area renowned for its limestone-rich hills and ideal conditions for Nebbiolo, with cool nights and excellent exposure helping preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes undergo maceration on the skins for 7-8 days at a controlled temperature of 26°C, a method that supports gentle extraction and preserves the wine’s finesse. After fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, followed by 6 months of bottle aging to refine texture and harmony.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs well with risotto, roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, vitello tonnato, and medium-aged cheeses, as well as classic Piedmontese cuisine. Serve it at 16-18°C to show its fragrance and balance at their best. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open the aromatics if served soon after opening.
