Crafted from a carefully balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it reflects Taittinger’s signature finesse and consistency across multiple vintages, offering a smooth, generous expression of Champagne with a modern, luminous appeal.

Makuprofiili
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne immediately feels inviting and polished. The nose opens with ripe stone fruit such as peach and apricot, followed by gentle notes of brioche, honey and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it is rounded and supple, with a creamy texture and a pleasant touch of sweetness balanced by Champagne’s natural freshness and lively acidity. The finish is soft, elegant and persistent. While it is ready to enjoy now for its youthful fruit and charm, it is best appreciated for its freshness rather than long-term cellaring.

Viininvalmistus
This non-vintage Champagne is blended from selected parcels and multiple harvests to ensure a consistent house style, with Chardonnay bringing brightness and precision and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier adding body and fruit depth. The grapes come from carefully chosen vineyards across Champagne, where the region’s chalk-rich soils and cool climate help preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. Vinification focuses on preserving freshness and balance, with dosage adjusted to create the Sec style and its signature gentle sweetness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal as an aperitif, Taittinger Nocturne City Lights also pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and lighter pastries. It works especially well with dishes that have a touch of sweetness or creaminess. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended for Champagne.
