Coste di Rose is a small MGA in the Comune di Barolo, set on a steep hillside that rises from Bosco della Fava and falls toward the border of Monforte d’Alba. Its most distinctive feature is a five-meter dune of pure Arenarie di Diano sandstone at the top of the vineyard, a striking sign of the site’s sandy, mineral-driven terroir. These soils shape the wine’s aromatic finesse and elegant tannins. Ruoka & tarjoilu
