Makuprofiili
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful brightness. The nose is likely to offer inviting aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherry, plum, and blackberry, along with subtle floral, herbal, and lightly spicy notes that add complexity. On the palate, expect a medium-bodied Merlot with a smooth texture, supple tannins, and a fresh, well-defined finish. The wine should combine fruit purity with regional finesse, making it approachable now while still having the structure to develop nicely over the next few years.

Sourced from the Collio area in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where hillside vineyards and a mix of marl and sandstone soils help shape wines of depth and freshness. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Merlot pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled veal, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, and pasta with meat-based sauces. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and decanting for 30 minutes is a good idea if you want the aromas to open up further.
