In the glass, this Champagne typically shows a bright pale gold color with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose is expressive and elegant, offering notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers, brioche, and a subtle hint of toasted almond and biscuit from reserve wines and lees contact. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and well-balanced, with Pinot Noir giving weight and depth while Chardonnay keeps the profile fresh and precise. The finish is crisp and lingering, with a gentle creamy texture and a measured dosage of 9 grams per liter that enhances harmony without adding heaviness. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit and energy, though it can hold well over the near term.

Viininvalmistus
The wine comes from Champagne, where chalk, limestone, and cool continental conditions help preserve freshness and aromatics while supporting ripeness and structure. Veuve Clicquot selects fruit from its network of vineyards and blends base wines carefully each year, using a significant proportion of reserve wines to maintain the house style. This cuvée is composed of 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, with 25-40% reserve wine and a dosage of 9 grams per liter.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Brut Reserve is an excellent aperitif Champagne, but it also pairs well with oysters, sashimi, fried seafood, roast chicken, creamy risotto, and mild hard cheeses. Serve chilled at 8-10°C for the best balance of freshness and texture. Decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve its mousse and aromatic lift.
