Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, it reflects both the elegance of the Côte des Blancs and the structure of the Montagne de Reims. The 2012 vintage is widely regarded as an exceptional Champagne year, giving this cuvée impressive depth and tension.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a clear golden color with lively, extremely fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and expressive, opening with citrus, peach, and apricot, then unfolding into notes of freshly baked pastry, almonds, and ripe plum. On the palate, it feels vibrant and energetic, with a more generous flavor profile than the nose first suggests, bringing candied citrus, lightly toasted nuances, dried apricots, and a distinct mineral streak that speaks of Champagne’s chalky terroir. This wine has the structure to age gracefully for several more years, gaining further complexity and creamier depth over time.

Viininvalmistus
This vintage is built from grapes harvested from 20 parcels, all classified as Premier or Grand Cru, located in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. These sites provide a balance of chalk-driven minerality, freshness, and fruit concentration. The grapes are carefully selected to preserve the character of each vineyard, and the wine is vinified in the traditional Champagne method to create its fine mousse, layered texture, and precise aromatic profile.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. It works beautifully with seafood, shellfish, sushi, roast chicken, and dishes with creamy sauces, as well as hard cheeses and lightly toasted nuts. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to enjoy its freshness and fine effervescence at their best.
