Aberfeldy 12 pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, roast chicken, mature cheddar, or desserts featuring caramel, honey, or dried fruit. It is best served neat, with a splash of water if desired to open up the aromas, at room temperature. Decanting is not necessary.
