Makuprofiili
Pale pink in the glass with a fine, energetic mousse, this rosato is as appealing visually as it is aromatic. The nose is bright and lifted, with notes of wild strawberry, red currant, citrus peel, and delicate floral tones, supported by a light savoury edge. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and refreshing, with precise acidity and a delicate mineral streak that keeps the wine feeling focused and clean. The fruit is subtle rather than overt, offering red berries, pomegranate, and a touch of bread dough or yeast complexity from the refermentation. Best enjoyed young for its freshness and vitality, though it may develop a little more nuance over the next few years.

This is a versatile food wine that pairs beautifully with charcuterie, fried seafood, light pasta dishes, pizza, and soft cheeses. Its bright acidity and gentle bubbles also make it a great match for salty snacks and antipasti. Serve well chilled, around 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
