Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with luminous reflections. On the palate, Carricante often delivers racy acidity, a saline mineral backbone and a focused, linear texture. Expect notes of lemon, pear, white peach and delicate herbal nuances, with a clean, persistent finish. While already appealing in youth, it should also have good aging potential, gaining complexity and depth over time.

Viininvalmistus
Contrada Volpare comes from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where altitude, cool nights and mineral-rich soils shape wines with energy and precision. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, oysters, seafood risotto, roasted chicken and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. It also works well with fresh cheeses and lightly herbed pasta. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless you wish to give it a little air to open up in the glass.
