Sourced from the prestigious Felseneck vineyard in Wallhausen, a VDP.Grosse Lage, it captures the cool elegance and mineral clarity that have made Kabinett one of Germany’s most celebrated styles.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Riesling shows a bright, luminous appearance that hints at its freshness and finesse. The nose opens with white peach, lemon balm, green apple, and a subtle wet-stone minerality, all delivered with lifted, crystalline clarity. On the palate, it is light on its feet yet deeply focused, with silky texture, ripe fruit, and a beautifully judged line of sweetness carried by vibrant, almost electric acidity. The finish is long and energetic, leaving a clean mineral impression. While delicious now, it also has the balance to develop additional nuance over the next several years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from steep, southeast-facing slopes in Wallhausen, where slate and quartz soils give the wine its distinct mineral tension and aromatic precision. The fruit is carefully selected at harvest to preserve freshness and finesse, then spontaneously fermented and matured in stainless steel to keep the style pure, vibrant, and terroir-driven.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Kabinett is wonderfully versatile at the table, pairing especially well with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, freshwater fish, shellfish, and lightly seasoned pork or chicken. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy its bright, immediate charm.
