Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a bright, pale straw color with a clean and youthful appearance. The nose opens with white blossoms, crisp pear, and subtle hints of exotic fruit, layered with the variety’s signature peppery spice and a touch of mineral finesse. On the palate, it feels lively and refreshing, with flavors of green pear and orchard fruit joined by light tropical nuances. The acidity is well integrated, giving the wine precision without harshness, while the texture remains smooth and welcoming. Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from loess soils, a loose and calcium-rich sediment formed during the Ice Age, with a composition that includes limestone, dolomite, quartz, mica, and clay. These soils are known for producing wines with bright fruit expression and a refined, spicy mineral character. For the 2024 vintage, the grapes were hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then matured on the lees for around four months to build texture and preserve freshness.

This wine is a versatile companion to light salads, white fish, grilled chicken, sushi, spring vegetables, and dishes with fresh herbs or subtle spice. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
