Makuprofiili
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with aromas of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and freshly baked brioche, layered with chalky minerality and subtle almond notes. On the palate, it is taut and elegant, with vivid acidity, a dry, focused profile, and a long, saline finish that underscores its Grand Cru origin. The extra brut dosage keeps the wine especially refined and linear, allowing the fruit and mineral character to shine without excess sweetness. Built for immediate enjoyment yet structured enough to evolve, it should age gracefully for several years, developing greater complexity and biscuit-like nuances over time.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is made from Blanc de Blancs fruit drawn from Grand Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs, where chalk soils lend exceptional freshness, tension, and mineral definition. The vineyards are typically farmed with a strong emphasis on low intervention and careful hand-harvesting to preserve fruit integrity. Vinification follows a restrained, terroir-driven approach designed to let each parcel’s character remain visible in the finished wine, with extra brut dosage used to maintain precision and transparency.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, crab, scallops, roasted chicken, or soft-ripened cheeses, and it also works well with lighter dishes featuring citrus, herbs, or delicate cream sauces. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to keep the wine’s freshness and mousse in balance. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving and pour into tulip-shaped Champagne glasses to best capture its aromatics.
