Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass, this Riesling opens with an intensely expressive nose of lemon, white peach, elderflower, lime, and honeysuckle. It is wonderfully lifted and layered, with a fragrance that feels both delicate and generous. The palate is immediately refreshing, with notes of freshly made lemonade, lime, green apple, grapefruit, and a subtle wet-stone character. A fine, lively acidity runs through the wine and keeps the light residual sweetness perfectly in check, giving it a crisp, mouthwatering finish. Viininvalmistus
The grapes come exclusively from Anandale Farm in Marlborough, a cool coastal site where the maritime influence helps preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. The sustainably cultivated vineyard benefits from a climate and soil profile that are particularly well suited to Riesling, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly while retaining freshness. The wine is crafted by Matt Thomson with a focus on precision and expression, highlighting the vineyard character and natural balance of the fruit.

This Riesling works beautifully with spicy Asian dishes, fresh seafood, sushi, roast pork, and creamy soft cheeses, as well as lighter dishes with a touch of sweetness or heat. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to bring out its aromatic lift and crisp acidity. Decanting is not necessary.
