Bodegas Valduero Reserva Premium 6 Años 2016 is a serious Ribera del Duero red made for collectors and lovers of finely aged Tempranillo. Crafted from old vines and matured with exceptional patience, it combines depth, structure, and elegance in a style that reflects the winery’s uncompromising commitment to quality.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows an intense, deep garnet-red colour that hints at its concentration and ageing. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of dark berries, cedar, tobacco, leather, and warming spice. The palate is powerful yet refined, with a firm, well-defined structure and silky tannins that give the wine both presence and balance. Its integrated acidity supports a long, sophisticated finish, and it has the depth to continue developing beautifully with further bottle ageing.

Viininvalmistus
Made from 100% Tempranillo sourced from old vines in Ribera del Duero, this wine reflects the region’s high-altitude continental climate and demanding terroir, which help produce grapes with excellent concentration and natural structure. The fruit undergoes a slow fermentation before ageing for 36 months in oak barrels from different origins, followed by another 36 months in bottle to build complexity, polish, and harmony.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Reserva pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, game dishes, braised short ribs, and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least an hour if possible to allow its aromas and tannins to fully open.
