Makuprofiili
In the glass, Una Cepa 2019 shows a deep, intense cherry-red colour that immediately signals its concentration. The nose is expressive and refined, with layers of ripe dark berries, spice, tobacco, and toasted oak from its barrel ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, yet beautifully structured and silky in texture. The acidity is well balanced, supporting the wine’s depth and richness, while the finish is long and persistent. With its concentration, structure, and careful bottle maturation, this wine has excellent ageing potential.

Viininvalmistus
Una Cepa 2019 is made from 100% Tempranillo grown in Ribera del Duero, Castilla y León, on very old vines with extremely low yields. The one-vine-to-one-bottle philosophy ensures exceptional fruit concentration and a strong expression of site and vine age. The wine is gently fermented and then aged for 18 months in carefully selected oak barrels from different origins, followed by at least 12 months of bottle ageing to build complexity and polish.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, game, slow-cooked stews, and mature hard cheeses. It is best served at around 16–18°C, and decanting for about 1–2 hours is recommended to allow the aromas and structure to खुल fully.
