Sourced from high-altitude vineyards and crafted in a reserve style with extended oak and bottle aging, it offers impressive concentration, structure, and elegance. Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows an intense, deep ruby-red color that signals richness and depth. The nose is layered and sophisticated, with aromas of ripe black fruit, dried flowers, cedar, leather, and toasted spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with silky tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. The oak aging is well integrated, adding complexity without overshadowing the fruit, while the wine’s concentration suggests excellent aging potential over the coming years.

Viininvalmistus
This wine comes from high-altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero, where old Tempranillo vines grow under demanding conditions that naturally limit yields and enhance flavor concentration. The grapes are carefully selected before undergoing a slow fermentation, followed by 30 months of aging in a combination of oak barrels from different origins. It then spends at least 18 months maturing in bottle, allowing the fruit, tannins, and oak notes to integrate harmoniously.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
A wine of this depth pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, grilled beef, game, braised short ribs, and mature hard cheeses. Serve it at 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromas and structure. Decanting for one to two hours is recommended, especially if enjoying it young, to allow the wine to खुल up fully.
