Bollinger Champagne Special Cuvee 007 Brut

Bollinger Special Cuvée 007 Brut brings together one of Champagne’s most respected houses and one of cinema’s most iconic names. Crafted in Bollinger’s unmistakably rich and structured style, this special edition highlights the House’s long-standing association with James Bond while staying true to the depth and precision that have made Bollinger a benchmark for non-vintage Champagne.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a fine golden hue with persistent, elegant bubbles. The nose opens with ripe orchard fruit, toasted brioche, citrus zest and hints of dried fruit and spice, all wrapped in Bollinger’s signature vinous character. On the palate, it is generous and layered, combining freshness with a creamy mousse and notes of pear, apple, stone fruit, honey and roasted nuts. The finish is long, refined and balanced, with enough structure to suggest excellent drinking now and further complexity with a few years of cellaring.

Viininvalmistus
Bollinger is based in Aÿ, in the heart of Champagne, where its vineyards are drawn from some of the region’s finest terroirs, including many Premier and Grand Cru sites. The House is known for its careful hand harvesting and for using a high proportion of Pinot Noir, which gives its wines depth, body and vinosity. Special Cuvée is assembled from reserve wines and vinified with traditional methods, including fermentation in a mix of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, followed by extended ageing on the lees.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best express its freshness and complexity. It pairs beautifully with oysters, smoked salmon, roast chicken, truffle dishes, creamy seafood preparations and aged hard cheeses. Decanting is not necessary, though allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help open up its aromatic layers.
