The additional Pinot Noir from Bollinger’s Côte aux Enfants parcel adds signature depth and a more expressive red-fruit profile. The wine reflects the character of these carefully selected terroirs, combining mature fruit, chalk-driven freshness, and the complexity that comes from meticulous vineyard selection and traditional Champagne vinification.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
