Château Pédesclaux Pauillac Grand Cru 2020 is a refined and classically styled Bordeaux from one of Pauillac’s respected estates. Built around Cabernet Sauvignon with supporting Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, it brings together power, structure, and elegance in a way that reflects the best of the Left Bank. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, venison, or dishes featuring mushrooms and truffle. It is best served at around 16–18°C. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended in its youth to allow the aromas to open and the tannins to soften.
