Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a deep, inky purple-black color that hints at its concentration and intensity. The nose opens with layers of crème de cassis, blackberry preserve, baked black cherries, violets, graphite, pencil shavings, vanilla, roasted coffee, charcoal, and subtle notes of smoked meat and truffle. On the palate, Poetry is full-bodied, muscular, and remarkably layered, with ripe dark fruit, cocoa, licorice, and mineral-driven complexity. The tannins are firm and finely grained, giving the wine a taut, age-worthy frame that should reward patience for many years. While approachable with extended decanting, this is a wine built for the cellar and can develop beautifully over 20 to 30 years or more.

Viininvalmistus
This wine is sourced from Cliff Lede’s Stags Leap District estate, a terroir known for producing Cabernet Sauvignon with both richness and elegance. The blend is Bordeaux-inspired, combining Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and a touch of Petit Verdot. The grapes are carefully harvested and the wine is matured for 21 months in French oak barrels before bottling, adding polish, spice, and structure to the final cuvée.

Best enjoyed with richly flavored dishes such as ribeye steak, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, venison, or truffle-infused mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C. Decanting for several hours is highly recommended, especially in its youth, to allow the wine’s aromatics and tannins to खुल fully.
