In the glass, it shows a pale golden hue, setting the tone for a crisp and vibrant white. The nose is lifted and classic, with aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, melon, and a subtle mineral edge of chalk and stone. On the palate, the wine is fruit-driven and refreshingly linear, with a clean, lively profile and enough depth to add a pleasing layer of complexity. The steel-tank élevage keeps the style pure and transparent, emphasizing freshness over oak influence.
