Domaine d'Orfeuilles Vouvray Brut NV is a polished and beautifully dry sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Loire, crafted using the traditional Champagne method. Made from biodynamically grown grapes and produced in very limited quantities, it offers exceptional quality and a clear sense of place at an impressive price point. This is a serious sparkling wine that shows why Vouvray deserves a place on any bubble lover’s radar.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a light golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is inviting and expressive, with notes of citrus, apricot, vanilla, spring flowers, and freshly baked biscuits. The palate is fresh, lively, and well balanced, combining bright acidity with clean fruit and a refined mousse. It feels dry, precise, and very versatile, with enough structure to drink beautifully now while still offering some short-term ageing potential for those who enjoy a slightly rounder, more developed expression.

Viininvalmistus
This sparkling Vouvray is made from biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc sourced in the Loire, where the cool climate helps preserve freshness and finesse. Bernard Herivault uses the traditional method, meaning the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle to build its fine mousse and layered complexity. Production is limited, reflecting a careful, hands-on approach that prioritises quality over volume.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal with oysters, shellfish, sushi, light starters, goat’s cheese, or simply as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and delicate bubbles. Decanting is not recommended, but a brief rest in the glass will help the aromas open up.
