This is a rosé Champagne with real authenticity, rooted in long-standing Champagne traditions and a distinctly natural style.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a lively pink hue with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and a delicate floral hint of rose petals. On the palate, it is crisp and precise, with red berries, citrus, and mandarin lifted by a refined mineral edge and a subtle touch of white pepper. The texture is taut and fresh, with excellent balance and a clean, dry finish. Its unfussy, energetic style makes it immediately appealing, while the structure suggests it can hold up beautifully alongside food rather than just as a standalone aperitif.

Viininvalmistus
Made entirely from Pinot Noir in Champagne, this rosé is produced by the traditional saignée method, where the grape skins macerate for several days to extract color, aroma, and texture. The result is a more intense and expressive rosé style than many blended examples. With no dosage and no filtration, the wine is crafted to emphasize purity, freshness, and the character of the underlying terroir.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Excellent as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with salmon or scallop carpaccio, sushi, grilled lamb, or a light strawberry salad. Serve chilled at around 7°C to highlight its finesse and natural freshness. Decanting is not recommended.
