Ferrari Trento Maximum Blanc de Blancs Brut is a refined Trento DOC that showcases the elegance and precision for which the house is known. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it stands out for its freshness, delicate perfume, and fine structure, and it was created with the restaurant and premium hospitality world in mind. Pale straw yellow in the glass with a lively, persistent mousse, this Blanc de Blancs is immediately inviting. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and subtle brioche nuances, with a clean mineral edge that adds lift and definition. On the palate it is crisp, elegant, and beautifully balanced, with bright acidity, fine texture, and a dry, harmonious finish. The Chardonnay fruit brings finesse and purity rather than weight, making this a sparkling wine that feels both precise and generous. It is enjoyable now for its vibrancy, though it will hold its freshness well over the near term.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, the wine benefits from the cool alpine climate and well-drained mountain vineyards that give Trento DOC wines their freshness and aromatic clarity. Chardonnay is harvested by hand to preserve the integrity of the grapes, with careful selection ensuring only healthy fruit is used. The wine is made according to the traditional method, with a secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build complexity, finesse, and depth.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent choice with oysters, shellfish, sushi, light seafood dishes, and delicate white meats, as well as creamy risottos and fine canapés. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6-8°C, to preserve its freshness and effervescence. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open just before serving and pour into tulip-shaped sparkling wine glasses to highlight its aroma and texture.
