Viininvalmistus
The grapes are hand-harvested with strict selection and handled very gently throughout the process, with no pumps used. After destemming, the wine undergoes a classic 12-day maceration on the skins before being softly pressed at low pressure. It then matures for 16 months in second-use barriques on the lees, allowing the wine to build texture and complexity with a minimal addition of sulfur before bottling.

This wine pairs well with roasted poultry, duck, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, or lightly seasoned game, where its bright fruit and fine tannins can shine. Serve it slightly chilled to cool room temperature, around 14–16°C, and consider decanting briefly if enjoyed young to open up its aromatic detail.
