Makuprofiili

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from vineyards around Westhofen in Rheinhessen, where limestone-rich soils contribute tension, minerality, and aromatic clarity to the Riesling. Harvesting is done selectively to ensure healthy, ripe fruit, and the cellar work follows a minimal-intervention approach designed to preserve purity and site expression. Fermentation and maturation take place entirely in stainless steel, keeping the wine focused on freshness and varietal fruit rather than oak influence.

This dry Riesling is a versatile partner for a wide range of dishes, especially seafood, sushi, light poultry, fresh salads, and vegetable-based cuisine with a touch of spice. It also works beautifully with goat’s cheese or simple grilled fish. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
