J. Hofstatter Sauvignon 2025 is a bright, expressive white wine that captures the fresh mountain character of Trentino-Alto Adige. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it combines lively acidity, intense aromatics, and the elegance that has long defined this historic family estate.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a pale, light yellow color with delicate green reflections. The nose is immediately enticing, offering notes of gooseberry, elderflower, and a subtle hint of nettle, all lifted by a clean, fragrant freshness. On the palate, this Sauvignon is crisp, lively, and precise, with a refreshing mineral edge and a vibrant aromatic profile. It is made to be enjoyed for its youthful energy, though it should hold its character well over the near term rather than being intended for long aging.

Viininvalmistus
Sourced from vineyards in Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, the wine reflects the cool alpine influence and varied soils of Trentino-Alto Adige, where freshness and aromatic purity are key. The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve their natural brightness and aromatic intensity, then vinified in a way that emphasizes varietal expression and crisp structure.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with seafood, fresh goat cheese, asparagus, light pasta dishes, and salads with herbs or citrus. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
