Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Riserva typically shows a bright, golden straw color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is layered and precise, with notes of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and delicate brioche, followed by subtle hints of almond, mineral smoke, and pastry from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is dry, taut, and beautifully structured, with vivid acidity carrying flavors of lemon, pear, chalk, and toasted pastry. The zero-dosage style keeps the finish clean and linear, allowing the purity of Chardonnay and the finesse of the Franciacorta terroir to shine. With its reserve aging and firm backbone, it should continue to develop gracefully over the coming years.

This wine comes from a vineyard on the hillside of Santissima di Cussago, one of the most prestigious areas in Franciacorta, where Chardonnay thrives in the region’s mineral-rich soils and favorable microclimate. Only Chardonnay grapes are selected for this cuvée, giving the wine a pure and elegant character. After traditional vinification for Franciacorta, it is aged for five years on the lees, which adds texture, complexity, and depth while preserving the wine’s signature freshness and tension.
