In the glass, Cristal Rosé 2000 shows a luminous salmon-pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet is beautifully layered, opening with ripe red berries such as raspberry and strawberry, then unfolding into floral notes, subtle spice, and hints of citrus and brioche. On the palate, it is creamy and structured, with bright, perfectly integrated acidity and a silky mousse that carries flavors of red fruit, minerality, and delicate toasted complexity. The finish is long, precise, and elegant, with a refined saline edge. While already expressive, the wine has the concentration and balance to age gracefully for years to come.

Cristal Rosé 2000 is sourced from select Grand Cru sites in Champagne, where chalk-rich soils and a cool climate help preserve freshness, purity, and aromatic detail. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, ensuring only the best fruit is used for this prestige cuvée. The rosé style is achieved through a controlled maceration process, allowing the Pinot Noir to lend color, depth, and texture while preserving the wine’s elegant structure and natural finesse.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is superb with fine seafood such as lobster, scallops, and langoustines, as well as delicate poultry or veal dishes and refined Asian cuisine. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is generally not recommended, but a little time in the glass will allow its aromatics and complexity to fully open.
