Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass with a bright, luminous edge, this Riesling immediately signals freshness and restraint. The nose is lifted and expressive, offering citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle mineral note reminiscent of wet stones and lemon zest, with a hint of herbs and ripe peach emerging with air. On the palate, the wine is dry, sleek, and precise, driven by vibrant acidity and a clean line of fruit. The texture is light and elegant rather than broad, with a lingering, mineral-tinged finish that keeps the wine refreshing and focused. While delicious now for its energy and purity, it should also age gracefully over the next few years, gaining a little more depth and complexity.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from limestone- and marl-rich slopes around Orschwihr in southern Alsace, a terroir known for producing Riesling with tension, clarity, and distinctive mineral depth. The fruit is harvested with care to preserve aromatic freshness, and the wine is vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel to maintain the grape’s natural precision and pure expression. No malolactic fermentation is used, and the residual sugar remains minimal, resulting in a dry style with a clean, structured finish.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Riesling is an excellent match for shellfish, sushi, oysters, ceviche, grilled white fish, fresh salads, and goat cheese. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the wine раскрыть its subtle floral and mineral layers.
