Monte Rossa Franciacorta Flamingo Rosè Brut is a vibrant and stylish expression of Franciacorta, created as the new chapter of one of Monte Rossa’s landmark wines, PR Rosé Brut. Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it brings together elegance, energy, and a touch of glamour in a bottle that feels both celebratory and distinctive. Inspired by the sparkle and rhythm of the night, Flamingo captures the playful spirit that has helped make Monte Rossa one of the most respected names in Franciacorta.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, Flamingo Rosè Brut shows a delicate, elegant pink hue with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of red berries, citrus zest, white flowers, and a subtle hint of pastry and yeast from its traditional sparkling-wine aging. On the palate, it is crisp, refined, and beautifully balanced, with red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry notes lifted by bright acidity and a clean mineral edge. The mousse is fine and creamy, giving the wine a polished texture and a long, refreshing finish. While ready to enjoy now for its youthful charm, it has the structure to develop gracefully over a few years.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Franciacorta in Lombardy, one of Italy’s most prestigious sparkling-wine regions, Flamingo benefits from a terroir shaped by glacial soils, gentle hills, and a climate influenced by nearby Lake Iseo. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are carefully harvested to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, then vinified using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees to build complexity, texture, and finesse.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé brut is a versatile partner at the table, pairing especially well with oysters, sushi, salmon, shellfish, light pasta dishes, and delicate charcuterie. It also works beautifully with fresh strawberries or a berry tart if served as an aperitif or with dessert. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6-8°C, and decanting is not recommended.
