The nose is fresh and inviting, with crisp citrus, green apple, white flowers, and subtle hints of bread crust and alpine herbs from its traditional sparkling-wine style. On the palate, it is clean, vibrant, and well-balanced, with bright acidity and a creamy texture that makes it especially enjoyable as an aperitif or with food.
