Nao Spirits Greater Than London Dry Gin is a crisp, modern expression of classic London Dry style, crafted in New Delhi with a distinctly international botanical profile. Built on a neutral grain spirit and infused with nine botanicals sourced from India and around the world, it balances traditional juniper-led character with bright citrus, spice, and floral complexity. Its copper pot still distillation adds a polished finish, while its Indian ingredients give it a unique sense of place.

In the glass, this gin is typically clear and bright, with the clean, polished look expected of a London Dry. The nose opens with fresh juniper and lively citrus peel, followed by softer layers of coriander, fennel, and subtle floral notes from chamomile. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and well structured, showing a classic juniper backbone alongside zesty orange, warming ginger, grassy lemongrass, and gentle spice. Angelica and orris root add depth and balance, giving the gin a smooth, rounded finish. It is best enjoyed fresh, though its robust style and balanced botanicals make it well suited to cocktails for years to come.

Greater Than is made from a neutral grain spirit infused with nine botanicals: juniper from Macedonia, orange peel from Spain, orris root from Italy, angelica root from Germany, and coriander seed, fennel, lemongrass, ginger, and chamomile sourced from Indian growers. After infusion, the spirit is distilled in a copper alembic, a method that helps refine the aromas while preserving the character of each botanical. Although not tied to a vineyard terroir, the gin reflects a contemporary Indian production style shaped by both global sourcing and local agricultural partnerships.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve chilled or over ice, ideally at around 8–12°C, to highlight its bright citrus and botanical freshness. It works beautifully in a classic gin and tonic, martini, or Negroni, and pairs well with seafood, grilled prawns, sushi, herb-roasted chicken, fresh goat cheese, and light Indian dishes with citrus or spice. Decanting is not necessary.
