In the glass, the wine shows a refined, luminous character with layers of ripe citrus, white flowers, chalky minerality, and subtle hints of honey and smoke. The aromatic profile is elegant and increasingly complex with time in bottle, reflecting the depth of the 2015 vintage. On the palate, it is concentrated yet finely structured, with a firm line of acidity giving shape to the wine’s ripe fruit and mineral intensity. The finish is long, saline, and persistent, suggesting excellent aging potential for many years, and likely decades, to come.

Viininvalmistus

Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief airing can help if the bottle has been cellared for a long time.
