Ruoka & tarjoilu
Excellent as an aperitif, this Magnum is also a natural match for Venetian cicchetti, cold cuts, and mild cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and fine bubbles. Decanting is not recommended.
