Viininvalmistus
Comtes de Champagne Rosé is crafted from Grand Cru grapes, with around 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. A portion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine from old vines in Bouzy, adding color, aromatic depth, and structure. The Champagne region’s chalky soils and cool continental climate contribute to the wine’s precision and tension, while careful harvesting and traditional Champagne vinification preserve purity, freshness, and finesse.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé Champagne pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as salmon, scallops, and veal, where its freshness and structure can complement delicate flavors without overpowering them. Serve chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and consider a short decant only if you want to gently open very mature bottles, though it is generally best enjoyed straight from the glass to preserve its fine mousse.
