Teedawn Chardonnay offers a refined alcohol-free take on a classic white grape, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced in the Rhineland in Germany’s Pfalz region. Using Carl Jung’s patented 1907 dealcoholisation method, it is crafted to retain the grape’s natural freshness, aromatic lift, and sense of structure while delivering a full 0% alcohol experience.

In the glass, this wine appears clear and bright, with a light, youthful colour that suggests freshness. The nose is crisp and expressive, showing lime, citrus, and green fruit notes such as gooseberry and carambola. On the palate, it is dry and brisk, with lively acidity that gives the wine a clean, balanced feel. The finish is relatively long for an alcohol-free wine, leaving behind fresh fruit and a subtle mineral edge that reflects its cool-climate origin. Best enjoyed young and fresh rather than cellared for extended aging.
