Tenute Rubino Oltreme Susumaniello 2021 is a distinctive red from Puglia, made from the region’s characterful Susumaniello grape. Makuprofiili
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful purple reflections. The nose is often lively and generous, with notes of dark cherry, blackberry, plum, and hints of Mediterranean herbs, spice, and a subtle floral edge. On the palate, Susumaniello tends to be medium- to full-bodied, with juicy dark fruit, fresh acidity, and fine tannins that give the wine both energy and structure. The finish is usually savory and well-balanced, with enough firmness to suggest short- to medium-term aging, during which its fruit and spice notes can gain complexity.

Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for 20–30 minutes can help open up its aromas and soften the wine if enjoyed in its youth.
