Made primarily from Chardonnay, it balances freshness, elegance, and subtle complexity, with fine bubbles and a dry, polished finish that reflects the style of the region.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Crémant shows a lively mousse with small, persistent bubbles and a bright, pale straw color. The nose is fresh and expressive, with floral notes lifted by green apple, toasted bread, and a hint of nuts. On the palate, it is broad and well-balanced, with a clean citrus-apple core, gentle creamy texture, and a dry, precise finish despite the dosage. Its freshness suggests it is best enjoyed young for its vibrancy, though it can develop a little more roundness over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
This Crémant is crafted from carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir parcels in Burgundy. The grape juices are vinified separately before being blended with a portion of wine from previous vintages, then bottled for the traditional second fermentation in bottle, which lasts around 9 to 11 months. The wine is finished with a Champagne-style cork and a dosage of 6 to 10 grams per liter, giving it balance while preserving a dry impression.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. It makes an excellent match for oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon, tempura, light poultry dishes, and creamy soft cheeses; it also works beautifully as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended.
